In my life there are many stories of miracles, faith, and God's grace. I hope to post stories here not just from me, but from anyone else that wants to share what God has done for them. Here's one to start with (from my facebook notes).

God Provides

Just recently, I had to put my computer in the shop (longer story why). When I called my MacMedic, I was told the damage would be $1200. With not nearly enough in my missions account, I started making some calls to find funds. I quickly found enough to cover the repair, but not enough to cover the $3000 needed for a new laptop to make sure that I have a computer that won't die on me. With at least five videos to complete, I knew I had to have one soon.

I started praying, knowing that if God wanted me to continue on, He would provide a way, and the encouragement to go with it.

Within an hour of learning what the damage was and what my funds were, I got a call. The call was from a gentleman and his wife who had received one of the DVDs that I created for the National Christian Choir. As soon as he reminded me of where we had met, the next words that came out of his mouth were "We want to give you some money." Astounded, I told him of my immediate need, and the prayers that had just gone up. Before the end of the conversation, they committed to getting me the best laptop I needed to do my work, along with encouraging words of understanding the great need for the work that God has asked me to do.

Within 15 minutes, I was on a 3-way conversation with Apple and this gentleman, and a new laptop with everything I need was on the way. Today I received that laptop, and I am praising God.

Answers to my prayers for the laptop and the encouragement came almost as soon as the prayers went up. God has worked miracles like this over and over in my ministry, but I'm still constantly amazed. I give God all the glory!
